Dr. Amin Hasanvand is an Iranian pharmacologist and Associate Professor of Pharmacology at Lorestan University of Medical Sciences, Iran. He earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the Tehran University of Medical Sciences, with research focusing on AMPK signaling and metformin in diabetic neuropathy. His research interests include nephropharmacology, diabetes, and neuroscience, with over 50 peer-reviewed publications and recognition among the Top 2% Scientists Worldwide in Pharmacology (2024 and 2025).
